The Law of the People's Republic of China on Sports, as revised and adopted at the 35th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on June 24, 2022, is hereby issued, and shall come into force on January 1, 2023.
《中華人民共和國體育法》已由中華人民共和國第十三屆全國人民代表大會常務委員會第三十五次會議于2022年6月24日修訂通過，現予公布，自2023年1月1日起施行。

(Adopted at the 15th Session of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress on August 29, 1995; amended for the first time in accordance with the Decision on Amending Some Laws as adopted at the 10th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress on August 27, 2009; amended for the second time in accordance with the Decision on Amending Twelve Laws Including the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China as adopted at the 24th Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress on November 7, 2016; and revised at the 35th Session of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress on June 24, 2022)
