- Several Provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Strengthening the Administration of Spreading of Information on Securities and Futures
中國證券監督管理委員會關于加強證券期貨信息傳播管理的若干規定
- (Issued on December 12, 1997 and amended according to the Decision to Amend and Repeal Certain Administrative Rules on Securities and Futures issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on August 12, 2022)
- （1997年12月12日發布，根據2022年8月12日中國證券監督管理委員會《關于修改、廢止部分證券期貨規章的決定》修正）
- Article 1 These Provisions are developed for the purposes of strengthening the administration of spreading of information on securities and futures, regulating the spreading of information on securities and futures, protecting the interests of investors and the public, and maintaining the social order.
- 第一條 為了加強對證券期貨信息傳播的管理，規范證券期貨信息傳播行為，保護投資者和社會公眾的利益，維護社會秩序，制定本規定。
- Article 2 The following media may publish and spread information on securities and futures in accordance with these Provisions:
- 第二條 下列傳播媒體依照本規定可以刊發和傳播證券期貨信息：
- (1) Specialized securities and futures newspapers and periodicals publicly issued with approval of the National Press and Publication Administration.
- （一）經新聞出版署批準公開發行的證券期貨專業報刊；
- (2) Comprehensive and economic newspapers and periodicals publicly issued with approval of the National Press and Publication Administration.
- （二）經新聞出版署批準公開發行的綜合類、經濟類報刊；
- (3) Various news agencies.
- （三）各類通訊社；
- (4) Broadcasting stations, television stations and cable television stations formed with approval of the Ministry of Radio, Film and Television.
- （四）經廣播電影電視部批準設立的廣播電臺、電視臺、有線臺；
- (5) Telephone information service stations and paging stations established with approval of the post and telecommunications departments.
- （五）經郵電部門批準設立的電話信息服務臺、尋呼臺；
- (6) Legally registered computer information service companies.
- （六）依法登記注冊的計算機信息服務公司；
- (7) Other media determined by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) in conjunction with the relevant departments.
- （七）中國證券監督管理委員會（以下簡稱中國證監會）會同有關部門認定的其他傳播媒體。
