On July 24, 2017, Liao A (with partial name withheld) signed a cooperation agreement with G Information Technology Co., Ltd. and became the company's contracted host, and the company assigned personnel to form a livestream team and market goods for online merchants on an e-commerce platform by means of livestream. In 2019, Liao A's livestream team began cooperating with several online stores such as "ADOL Straightforward Luxury Tailoring," "BLINGBLING," "Chuangsheng Clothing," and "Zhu Aji Annie Jewelry" and selling clothing, accessories, watches, and other goods bearing counterfeit trademarks such as "Dior," "CHANEL," and "LOEWE" by means of livestream for the foregoing online stores, with a sales value amounting to more than 670,000 yuan.
2017年7月24日，廖某與G信息科技有限公司簽訂合作協議，成為該公司簽約主播，并由該公司配備人員組建直播團隊，在某電商平臺以直播方式為網店商家營銷商品。自2019年起，廖某直播團隊先后與“ADOL直白輕奢定制”“BLINGBLING卜莉卜莉”“創昇服飾”“諸暨市安妮珠寶”等多家網店合作，通過該電商平臺以直播方式為上述網店銷售假冒“Dior”“CHANEL”“LOEWE”等商標的服裝、飾品、手表等商品，銷售金額共計人民幣67萬余元。
